Glenn has been designing in Canadian theatre for twenty-five years with over 300 productions to his credit. Selected recent credits include; The Galileo Project for Tafelmusik, Having Hope At Home for Theatre Aquarius, The Last Days of Judas Iscariot for Birdland Theatre (Dora award Outstanding Lighting Design)  The Anger In Ernest and Ernestine for Theatre Columbus, (Dora award Outstanding Set Design) and Missing for Factory Theatre.

He was Bruce Cockburn’s lighting director for his 2003 North American tour, and in 1993 he was the recipient of the Pauline McGibbon award.

Glenn is a self-confessed baseball-aholic.
